The Anderson Pavilion is an open-air summer pavilion that is closed during the winter months with a floating wood burning fireplace and a stainless steel hot tub to get rid of the cold winter. The ground floor is a wide two-car garage, while the second floor is a tree-height, far away from the city. In the old, intimate community of Modesto, California, there is a modern building made of weather-resistant steel, masonry and mahogany.
