Dwelling in the offset printing factory in Shijing Hutong, Beijing, after half a century of wind and rain, the original industry has gradually declined and the production has been discontinued. The designer has seized the historical characteristics of the offset printing plant and used the weathering steel to express the space to extend the rich industrial culture. Thickness, wake-up, and inspire the inner vibrancy of the old building. The original red brick wall was preserved in large quantities, and the red brick was newly paved, and the red brick and the weathering steel were perfectly matched. In addition to weathering steel, the newly built part has a large amount of clear water concrete.
