As any instrument becomes longer as the working time becomes longer, the temperature of the device itself will increase. The Q345R pressure vessel is no exception. When the temperature exceeds one degree, it will cause different degrees of damage to the equipment. How to cool down?
For a saturated pressure vessel, the temperature of the
pressure vessel varies with the pressure of the pressure vessel; for a superheated pressure vessel, the temperature of the pressure vessel changes mainly depending on the exotherm on the flue gas side of the superheater and the endothermic heat on the pressure vessel side. When the temperature of the flue gas flowing through the heat exchanger, the amount of flue gas, and the flow rate of the flue gas change, the temperature of the superheated pressure vessel rises or falls.
When the temperature of the superheated pressure vessel is too high, the following method can be used to reduce the steam temperature: if there is a desuperheater, the desuperheater water can be increased. The steam is cooled down. At the outlet of the superheated pressure vessel, a proper amount is injected into the saturated pressure vessel to reduce the temperature of the superheated pressure vessel. Soot the heated surface in front of the superheated container. If the water wall is blown, the heat absorption of the furnace heating surface can be increased, and the furnace outlet smoke temperature can be lowered, thereby reducing the heat transfer temperature of the superheater.
Reduce the amount of excess air within the allowable range. Increase the feed water temperature. When the load is constant, increasing the feed water temperature will inevitably weaken the combustion so as not to increase the evaporation amount. The weakening of the combustion reduces the flue gas volume and the flue gas flow rate, so that the heat absorption of the superheater is lowered, thereby lowering the temperature of the superheated pressure vessel. . Move the combustion center down. Appropriately reduce the wind and blast, so that the center of the furnace flame moves down, so that the amount of smoke entering the superheater is reduced, the temperature of the smoke is lowered, and the temperature of the superheated pressure vessel is lowered.
When the temperature of the superheated pressure vessel is too low, the following method can be used to raise the steam temperature: soot blowing the superheater to increase its heat absorption capacity; lowering the feed water temperature; increasing the air volume to move the combustion center up; if there is a desuperheater, It can reduce the amount of desuperheated water.
