The production process of the

In order to achieve the required width of the rolled product specification, the slab is rotated 90° and rolled in the width direction of the plate. In the third stage of finishing rolling, after widening and rolling, it is rotated by 90°, transferred back to the length direction of the raw material, and rolled to the thickness of the finished board. Properly developing the plate rolling process can increase the mill's production capacity, steel plate quality and finished product rate. In order to ensure the flatness of the steel plate, in addition to various measures to ensure the shape of the plate, each piece of the steel plate having a thickness of 40 mm or less is subjected to hot straightening, and the cold steel plate of the flat straight is cold-straightened. In order to cold cut the finished board, the steel plate should be cooled to below 150, the cooling should be uniform, and the cooling rate should be suitable.
Since the cutting by the hobbing shearing machine, the problem of the bending and bending defects is basically solved; adjusting the cutting edge clearance can greatly improve the quality of the shearing section of the steel plate. According to the quality requirements of the steel plate, ultrasonic waves are used for flaw detection at different depths, and the four edges of the welded plate are to be fully tested. In addition to ensuring the mechanical properties of the board during heat treatment, it is also necessary to ensure a good shape. The shot blasting method is mostly used for the production of shipbuilding steel and bridge plates. After the shot blasting to remove the scale, the coating is rust-proof and should be dried quickly after coating. The inspection of the surface size and shape of the steel sheet is mainly carried out manually, and the printing and marking process has been mechanized and can be controlled by a computer.
