Recently, Shangang Rizhao Company realized the “automatic and intelligent control of iron water pipes” and became the first steel factory in China to realize the intelligent dispatch of molten iron. The hot metal dispatching system integrates various services such as blast furnace tapping demand, tank distribution and hot metal transportation, and realizes functions such as intelligently assembling molten iron, intelligently assembling molten iron cans, and automatically issuing transportation instructions. Since the application of this technology, the online operating rate of the system has reached 98%, the scheduling accuracy rate has reached 99.9%, and the temperature of each tank of molten iron has been reduced by more than 1.8 °C, and the annual energy saving cost is over one million yuan.
