The medium-wideband unit of Linggang No. 2 Rolling Mill started in 1992 from the port of Antwerp, Belgium, and is the first hot-rolling medium-width rolling mill in China. The broadband products of Linggang have the characteristics of natural vanadium, high strength and galvanizing. Under the dual pressure of product quality and cost competition, Linggang Sales Company and Technology Quality Department led the branch to jointly develop personalized products for users, and strive to maximize the advantages of Linggang's broadband products.
It is reported that including the BY-40B carbon structural steel, in the first half of this year, Linggang has developed and produced 12 individualized steel grades. Among them, the developed HLT-40B carbon structural steel is used as the special material for straight seam of Tianjin Huilitong, JG-40B carbon structural steel is used as the special material for straight seam of Jiangsu Agang, and SZT-40B carbon structural steel is used as Tianjin Shenzhou. Tongyuan special material for straight seam pipe, GY20 as special material for steel source industry and trade, YL235 as special material for spiral welded pipe of Jiangsu Yulong, RK235 as heat expansion pipe for Cangzhou Huayang Steel Pipe, HZ-40B, HZ345B as heavy duty for Hangzhou For ordinary structural pipe materials, HQ355LZ and HQ-20B become special cold-rolled materials for Haigang, and S45C-B contains boron (B) 45L for export steel.
In the first half of the year, the plant also carried out 8 process improvement tests on 45L thick coiling temperature, Q235B steel coiling temperature, Q345B and Q345BSi low alloy steel slow cooling system and BP-40G coiling temperature.
