On October 16, 2019, MCC Baosteel successfully completed the disassembly and replacement of the screw of the polyethylene plastic sheet (referred to as PE sheet) extrusion unit 130 and 90. This is the first time that the company has completed the independent maintenance of the core parts of the large-scale PE sheet extrusion unit, and solved the intermittent production impact caused by the return of the equipment to the factory. Since then, the annual manufacturing capacity of PE sheet can exceed 2 million square meters, laying a solid foundation for MCC Baosteel packaging materials to enter the market.
The iron product production line has an annual production capacity of 2.2 million sets of packaging materials, and can be equipped with an annual output of 10 million tons of cold rolling. Currently, the optimization of the process segment integration has been completed. In the future, intelligent control is not a dream. The paper corner production line has an annual output of 7 million meters. The advanced technology and smooth layout, the production line has a unit speed of more than 55 meters per minute, and has become a technology leader in the same industry in China. The plastic products workshop has two plastic sheet extrusion units. The PE sheet produced is a symbol of the upgrading of packaging materials. The lightweight packaging of plastic-made steel is being promoted step by step. The unit, from the raw material input to the finished product output process, all kinds of waste materials are 100% recycled, achieving zero loss of raw materials. The production line has more than 10 sets of professional testing instruments, equipped with professionals to test raw materials and finished products, laying the foundation for product quality assurance.
