Co-sponsored by China Society of Corrosion and Protection, Beijing University of Science and Technology and Weathering Steel Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance, the first International Conference on
Corrosion Resistant Steel and Metallurgy New Technology held by Nanjing Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. was held in Nanjing, Jiangsu. The
Q345qENH and Q420qENH bridge
weathering steel plates developed by Nansteel to meet the requirements of weathering bridge manufacturing have been successfully applied to the world's highest altitude, the largest span, and the first true coating-free weathering steel bridge in China. The Nanshan Iron and Steel Bridge, the Yarlung Zangbo River Bridge in Sanlin, the San Francisco-Auckland New Straits Bridge, and the Seven-Span Bridge Project in North America. In addition, the composite materials developed by Nansteel: duplex stainless steel, heat-resistant corrosion-resistant alloy, titanium plate and titanium alloy have also made progress.
