High-pressure boiler tube steel WB36 is mainly used in the water supply pipeline of power station boilers. Due to its excellent mechanical properties, steam corrosion resistance and welding performance, it is widely used in Europe, Africa, Asia and other regions. Harbin Boiler Factory Co., Ltd. is affiliated to Harbin Electric Group Co., Ltd. It was founded in 1954. It is one of the important state-owned key enterprises directly managed by the central government and is related to national security and national economic lifeline. It is known as the “eldest son” of the Republic’s equipment manufacturing industry. Harbin certification is the only way for WB36 to enter the domestic market.
WB36 contains more Cu elements, and it is difficult to develop surface cracks caused by Cu. In order to solve this problem, the technical team of Yonggang Group conducted in-depth research and found that a certain amount of Ni was added to the copper-containing steel to prevent the occurrence of copper brittleness. After consulting relevant literature and continuously testing Ni and Cu The ratio is adjusted to be greater than 2:1, effectively preventing the occurrence of copper brittleness.
