The whole bridge is built on a 6-lane expressway with a design speed of 80 kilometers per hour. The main and auxiliary bridge corrugated steel webs and main bridge steel beams are all bare Q430 weathering steel, which is the first large-scale bare weathering steel for domestic highway bridges; the secondary bridge adopts the “new technology” of “top and bottom plate asynchronous parallel construction”, breaking the routine. It is safe and efficient; the bridge pile foundation is 86 meters deep and is the deepest pile foundation in the middle and upper reaches of the Yellow River; the new combined steel sheet pile cofferdam that can resist the 19-meter water head difference of the bridge realizes the leap of deep water foundation construction application field.
This
weather-resistant steel bridge adds a new road between southwestern Shanxi and northwestern Henan.
