The third steel dust removal project of the second steelmaking plant of Anyang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. was completed and put into operation. The project invested 180 million yuan and was completed and put into production in more than 4 months. After the project is put into production, it will further realize the deep treatment of the soot emission from the steelmaking converter, and it also marks that the three 150-ton converters of Anyang Steel have achieved “zero” emissions. In the same period, the environmental protection projects of the No. 5 and No. 6 coking coke oven side ground dedusting stations of Angang, and the 30,000 tons of dust-removing ash cold-solid pellets were also completed and put into production.
