The lifting ceremony of the steel structure column of the main plant of the steelmaking and continuous casting system of Liugang Fangchenggang Steel Base Project (Phase I) was held. On the same day, the first steel structure column of the main steelmaking plant was successfully hoisted (pictured). It is reported that the construction of steelmaking continuous casting system is implemented in two steps. The first step is to complete the construction of 9.2 million tons of steel capacity, including three 210-ton mechanical stirring desulfurization stations, four 210-ton top-bottom combined blowing converters, and four on-line argon blowing. Station, three 210-ton LF furnace (ladle refining furnace), two 210-ton RH furnaces (vacuum refining furnace), three billet continuous casting machines, two slab continuous casting machines, with a total investment of 3.8 billion yuan.
