Heilongjiang Bridge is the first steel structure low-rise tower cable-stayed bridge in the high latitude cold area of China. The upper steel beam material adopts the Q420F grade weathering steel which was first produced and used in China, and can withstand the extreme cold temperature of minus 60 °C.
