From September 4th to 6th, sponsored by the National Pellet Technical Coordination Group, China National Metallurgical Engineering Co., Ltd., Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology, Shaanxi Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. hosted the 2019 National Pellet Technical Seminar and Sintering Pellet The seminar on “Quality, Efficiency, Green and Wisdom” was held in Xi’an, Shaanxi Province. 215 representatives from more than 100 units of the China Metals Society Ironmaking Branch, Sintering Pellet Plants, Colleges and Universities, Research and Design Units and related industries gathered together to discuss the development of sintered pellet technology.
The conference was based on the theme of “high quality, high efficiency, green and wisdom”, attended by Central South University, Beijing University of Science and Technology, Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology, Anshan Iron and Steel, Baotou Steel, Benxi Steel, Hegang, Panzhihua Iron and Steel, Maanshan Iron and Steel, Tangshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. Experts and scholars from universities and enterprises such as Xiangtan Iron and Steel, Taigang and Jiugang, and representatives from neighboring industries combined with the current situation of China's steel industry to jointly discuss the transformation and upgrading of steel industry, sintering and pellets from extensive to high quality. From high-carbon to low-carbon, from traditional manufacturing to smart manufacturing, from high pollution to green.
